Joel Klein Supports His Ed Reform, Criticizes Those Who Oppose

Joel Klein insists that Andrew Wolf. reporter for the New York SUN newspaper, is misrepresenting the New York City Department of Education's education reform. In his January 16, 2004 letter published in the NY SUN, Chancellor Klein states that the NAEP results show New York City 4th and 8th grade students are progressing, and that Voyager Passport is an excellent supplement to the reading program implemented by his agency.
