Using Research in Education

The Partnership for Reading has published "Using Research and Reason in Education" ( by Paula J. Stanovich and Keith E. Stanovich). which will, they say, help teachers use and choose educational programs and materials. It provides guidance on how to recognize scientifically based instructional strategies, and how to use the concepts of research in the classroom. The E-Accountability Foundation would like the New York City Department of Education to read this as well!
